Bangalore School – Uniform donation
Work is still on to select uniform for the Bangalore School children. We had been to a shop looking for the dress material. Need to do check with a few more shops and then finalize the dress material. The Head Teacher had spoken to a Tailor to get his consent to stitch dresses for all the School children at a reasonable price (at around Rs 60 per pair)

We have three new friends among us. Dhanaseelan, Santhosh (both from Chennai) and Chetan Pai (from Bangalore) have expressed their willingness to work with us. Thank you Dhanaseelan, Santhosh and Chetan. Together we can make a positive difference to the world we live in
Bangalore School Update
1. School uniform sponsorship – after weighing the pros and cons, we have decided to sponsor the Government Lower Primary School, Vibhuthipura, with an additional pair of School uniform. Thank you for the thoughts and comments expressed. It helped us make this decision. The total cost involved would be 20K to 25K. The Head In charge, Sheela Madam, has asked us to suggest a uniform color. So feel free to suggest a color for the uniform
2. Computer lab - the Computers in the School are in the process of being repaired & cleaned to set up a Computer lab. There are 10 Computers in total here. 8 are now completely working, couple of Computers more to be repaired

Request from Bangalore Head Teacher
There is a request from Bangalore School (Government Lower Primary School, Vibhuthipura) head in charge, Sheela Madam, to provide School uniform for the all the School children. Already one pair of dress is being provided by the Government and this request is for a second pair
Below are the details
- For each pair of dress, cost will come to Rs 170 or 180 (maximum below Rs 200)
- This cost is including the stitching charges (of Rs 50 or Rs 60)
- So the total cost for the whole School (approx 120 children) may be Rs 25,000 maximum (minimum Rs 20,000)
The Teacher has said that we have to go to a shop, buy and then stitch. Teacher already knows 2 tailors who can take the measurement and have the uniform stitched. The Teacher is also ready to talk to a few donors and arrange some amount for this (upto Rs 4000 or 5000)

Chennai - meeting with correspondent
The Chennai School, National Primary School, being run by a trust, we had plans to meet the School management and get their opinion on the roadmap they have thought for the School. Currently the School functions out of a rented building. The rental agrement comes to an end in less than 2 years. We got an appointment with correspondent on 26 May 2009 Morning. If there are any questions you would like to put forward, please write to us and we shall consolidate and put them forward
