Last week we met Mr. Baaliga (lawyer) and finalized on the draft. He had gone through a book and made changes. Attached below is the same copy. Please go through it. Once again an emphasis – all the trustees and members have great responsibility towards nurturing and participatingtowards our growth and activity. The designations should not and will not hinder each trustees and member’s pro-activeness. We have taken up a cause which is socially and personally enriching,let’s work together, humbly and with true spirit.

There are further clarifications (on section 12(A)) and a couple of statements (the last statement in the copy). Shall keep you informed once we get the information from the lawyer.

The next stop was registration. After enquiring, we got to know that all of the trustees should be present for the registration. So friends from Chennai will have to be here for registration.

Please choose a date at the earliest and let know when you can come here. The sub registrar’s office will be closed on second Saturday and on Sunday so request you to finalize on a couple of dates and let know so that we all can be present for the registration.

-> Regarding the water purifier installation – Got the model number and when I called Customer support today, the customer care people had already left for the day. So shall call again and have a talk on this.

-> Hope you all know about Akshaya Patra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akshaya_Patra ) – it’s a project taken up by ISKCON (International Society for KRISHNA Conscious), Bangalore for providing mid day meal, free of cost to govt schools. We enquired about this for the government school which we are in involved with. Got in touch with a person from ISKCON and he said that a school master should come and submit a form for the same. Since this school is far away from city, they do not have this ‘anna –dhanam’ now. But there is scope in future. So there is a possibility that the children from these govt schools avail the quality meals provided by ISKCON
