Over the last week, Prakash shared information regarding our interests and activities with a set of friends and we are happy that we have a new friend within us now. There were a few activities which were earmarked. We had to finish the payment to the lawyer, visit a bank for account opening and other formalities. On Saturday morning we had an appointment with the lawyer in his office. Vinay got a box of sweets as a thank you gesture. After waiting for some time, we called the lawyer and got to know that the lawyer did not come to his office. So this task is still pending.
We then checked into a Canara bank and introduced our organization and our motive to open anaccount with them. A set of forms were given which needs to be duly filled. Vinay shall update more on that.
Later we went to Vinay’s home to discuss on the excel format. Vinay has already sent the excel sheet. Please feel free to give in your inputs.
Information needed:
We are looking for a chartered account who shall help us in auditing our accounts at the end of each financial year. The sooner we get in touch with a Chartered Account, the better. If you have any friends or known individuals of the said profession who will be willing to help us, please let know. If would be good if the fees for the Chartered Accountant is less.
