Saktyavesh weekly update - 30 April 2012

Dear All,

Summer Camp – The Summer camp which was conducted during the summer vacations has come to a close. The camp ended on

                                  25^th April 2012. The Camp was a big success. Below are the highlights - 

·         More than 40 students participated in the camp daily

·         Students, mostly from 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th standard participated

·         The camp used to start at 10:30 am and would go till 01:30pm

·         The Students used this time to get hands-on in arts, origami and learn Sanskrit etc…

·         Snacks were sponsored by us during this camp

Saktyavesh weekly update - 23 April 2012

Dear All,

 

Government Lower Primary School, Vibhuthipura, Bangalore

 

Summer Camp – The summer camp which is in progress from 11^th April is doing amazingly well. I will not say anything, except to request you to have a     look at the pics to feel it yourself

                                More than 40 students are attending this camps regularly where students are being taught on arts, crafts, Sanskrit slokas etc….

                                Since mid-day meal is not available during holidays, we are sponsoring for the snacks during afternoons (fruits, biscuits, cake etc..)

       Thanks to all the staff who took efforts to make this happen

Saktyavesh weekly update - 16th April 2012

Dear All,

Government Lower Primary School, Vibhuthipura, Bangalore

Summer camp: 15 days. It will be conducted till 25th of April. Upto 2
O clock every day. Around 40 students are attending the camp.

Activities:
Yoga traning
Sanskrit slogans
Craft works lwith used paper.

The summmer camp will e conducted even on saturday and sunday.

Interested volunteers can Join the camp to teach the students.

Saktyavesh weekly update - 09th April 2012

Dear All,

Government Lower Primary School, Vibhuthipura, Bangalore

On Saturday, 07^th April 2012, prizes were distributed to students who performed well in the previously held drawing competitions and for showing character in different categories during this academic year  – attendance, cleanliness, good academic record etc… 2 students from first, second and third standard and one student from fourth and fifth standard received these prizes. Hope these will inspire many of them to perform better
