Nandhini and I met last Friday (4th January 2008) to have a short discussion on the preparation of the deed for Saktyavesh. We had a good discussion. Again on Saturday (5th January 2008) Vinay and I met for further discussion on the same. We had a long session comparing notes from the mail (Vinay’s on 27th November 2007), a couple of other deeds and questioning the logic behind the statements.
Both the discussions were wonderful and now there is a document circulated for review. We now need to look into the deed, question statements and then put forth suggestions/modifications which will be our final copy to be submitted to the lawyer. As said in the mail, we need to do this by tomorrow (08thJanuary 2008) end of day. In course of both the discussions doubts arose which were writtenseparately so that these can be clarified with the lawyer too. If there are any doubts that arise during the course of review kindly put forward the same.
Also if there is anything that seems not ok and needs a review and debate please point out the same.
