We (Vinay and I) met a lawyer named Mr. Baaliga on Wednesday (19th December 2007) regarding the registration process and for other legal formalities. He seems to be a kind person who can and is willing to help us. We submitted a copy of the consolidated mail (the one sent by Vinay on 27th December 2007) and also a copy of the Smile welfare foundation deed.
Vinay is in touch with him and shall update further on this.
I am vacations starting tomorrow (22nd December 2007) and will be back on 2nd January 2008. I am going to Nagercoil. I will be available on my number and on gmail.
