Vinay and myself had a meeting on Sunday (09th March 2008). The main subject being registration. As this needs to be done when every trustee is present, I had a talk with Prakash yesterday to know when friends from Chennai can come here to Bangalore. Also, Pandimurugan’ sister marriage is on 16thMarch 2008 and he will be available only after that time. We have to wait for communication fromChennai friends.
For registration and the lawyer’s fees, there will be contribution needed. The lawyer’s fee is Rs 3500, of which Rs 2000 has been given. Another Rs 2001 will be needed for registration and the registration formalities – for stamp paper and payment to sub registrar if needed.
Money will also be needed for Water purifier servicing – around Rs 1000/-.

had visited the school yesterday to see if our contributions did make the school children happy/have an effect. It was lunch time and the teacher’s did say that the mats we had donated were of good use to the little children. A senior teacher of that school handed a letter stating our contribution. Please find attached the same copy scanned (It was a moment of great joy). Taking an opportunity to introduce two of my friends who are of our similar interest as we. Balajee SivaKumar Santhosh Reddy Balajee is currently my colleague with SAP and Santhosh is my friend from Hyderabad. Both friends are aware of our activity and have been updated as they said that they would like to be informed of the happenings. Balajee had infact accompanied us for the school visit and also yesterday (11th March 2008). They have made their contributions in cash for our effort towards registration and lawyer fees. Thank you both. Also, attached is an excel which should help us keep track of the contributions. It is formula based. One of my colleague and room mate (Premnath) help in this preparation.
