The Logic used:

è The growth of Saktyavesh depends upon the collective decisions taken based on true and fair judgment by the trustees. Hence the first priority to Collective Decisions

è Ideas are very central and essential to Saktyavesh and any member (including trustees)should have the right and freedom to put forward their ideas and initiate discussions on that. Hence second priority to Ideas and Discussion Forums

è Trustees will be fully responsible and accountable for running Saktyavesh and hence the accessibility to the Collective Decisions taken is only for trustees and not for any members. We need to be role models for members as they will be looking up to us

è Members are a very important part of Saktyavesh. They have the right to put forward proposals, question the service models, strategies and funds being used and suggest better processes. We trustees need to make sure that we earn their true trust and respect

The above Organizational structure and the texts mentioned in The Logic used are proposals put forward after careful thoughts. An organizational structure, once decided, shall help us avoid the little bumps, if any, and will take care of the smooth running of Saktyavesh.
